Tried Natures Way ALIVE for BFS?

Has anyone tried Nature's Way ALIVE multi vitamins to control BFS?A friend gave me a 10-day capsule sample. It made me sleep better at first, and then I noticed that I had less head aches and my twitching was remarkedly less, when taken twice a day.I have been taking Centrum everyday before but I have not experienced the same relief with ALIVE.After the 10 capsules were gone, after 5 days, I notice that my old symptoms are back.Is it possible that there some vital ingredients in the ALIVE multi vitamins that are not found in Centrum that can actually help reduce muscle twitching and all other symptoms of BFS for all of us?Can anyone verify if they will feel the same relief I did with those ALIVE multi vitamin capsules? Please post your observations here.

I did take a similar product for a while and it did seem to help me. It may have been the bio-availability of these (as a nutritionists friend guessed because they were all extracted from food rather than manufactured)or just the combination. After I ran out I started using lecithin and some other stuff that wasn't in my regular vitamins and that seemed to help. I'm ready to try them again because I'm tired of buying so many little jars of different vitamins and minerals and keeping track.
