Tried Lecithine or Choline?

someone ever tried lecithine or choline? i have found out to be deficient in choline. lecithine and eggs are a good source of it. choline is responsable for the myeline, the isolation which protects the nerves from hyperexcibility...

I took it in very high doses for a long time to treat galactostasis while nursing. Didn't prevent me from getting bfs. The kind of hyperexcitability that often goes along with BFS (regarding channels) has nothing to do with myelinisation.

Ive posted a bunch of times that choline seemed to help my anxiety/repetetive thoughts, both with scrambled eggs (2 or 3) or pills (500 mg x 2 or 3)Interesting about the myelin, didnt know that. The latest supplement i tried is a magnesium blend soda drink powder with carbonate, citrate, gluconate and several others.. Its very different from the other magnesium supps ive tried, and at least as good as choline was for calming my thoughts.Higher or more consistent doses of choline may be needed to see if it helps twitching

i am combining a highdose b-complex with choline, zinc, selen, omega 3, e, d and c with a tibetan regimen (no acid, spicy and raw food, no sparkles, no cold things and tibetan herbs). the result is amazing, for my as and bfs both of which seem to have left, at least for the moment.

Yes, I do a similar combination plus inositol and herbs to improve my liver. I'm fine, can't complain as compared to what I went through before. No coffee, no refined sugar. Raw veggies, some green tea. No anxiety, no depression, no black thoughts. I take lecithin instead of choline. I heard that lecithin taken for a long time has a tendency to rid you of b vitamins so it's good to take some along with L. In November I also take vit D which helps me get through winter:)

I forgot one thing. Alcohol is no good with one exception . A glass of beer every now and then - excellent results.Mind you, just one glass.I take one more and back to increased twitching I go:) I read somewhere that beer in small amounts has some impact upon autoimmunity.Well, works for me..
