I do not really have problems walking, meaning no one has noticed a change, even though sometimes it seems to be really difficult for me. When my arm goes weak, it is pretty much my whole left arm at once, but my arm "weakness" comes back. My leg i would say rarely comes back to normal.
When I had both EMGs, my leg was feeling the same (crampy, weak, stiff, could not stand on it without shaking), but my EMGs came back perfect. I mean I did not even hear one fasciculation. It was really weird, but I guess I should trust it.
Trust me, you are no different then anyone else here. Go to the neurologist to get some peace of mind. I went several times, but unfortunately I developed an OCD over this whole thing and i am very slowly starting to get over it after 4 months.
