Treatment for Exercise Intolerance

I have definitely found benefit from taking creatine supplements on a daily basis. I lift weights about 3 times a week (pretty intense routine), and I've noticed that the creatine has helped me significantly with exercise intolerance. I don't seem to tremble while lifting weights, or feel any weakness in my legs after running these days.

Creatine helps your muscles recover much faster following exercise, and also gives them more "energy." I suspect that this is why they fatigue/tremble much less than before.

If you guys are curious, I'll give you the exact brand I take.
