Hello all,
This may be premature. I need to get more info. But I spoke to my neurologist on the phone, who indicated that if BFS is related to inflammation of muscles (post-viral or other), treatment with corticosteroids may be indicated. This is particularly the case for those experiencing a lot of muscle pain as part of their symtoms.
I'm interested in feedback on this issue.
