Tongue Twitching: Need Help

I'm 2 1/2 or 3 months into this and I I'm freaked out now because my tongue is twitching.I feel it in my mouth. No I don't look in the mirror because I'm terrified. I heard tongue twitches are bad is that right. I just turned 17 and I'm afraid of the worst.I will be going to my gp and ask him if I can go to a neuro. Please I need help.

Yeezus, search for the BobJazzy member posts. he has extreme tongue twitches for over 2 years now and he is OK. he is not posuitng here freqyently anymore but Chrissie just recentlkry posted he is Ok (she keeps a contact with him via facebook).
