Tongue Twitching Discomfort

Hi guys, My symptoms have been at a all time high lately, very stressed...I very rarely feel tongue twitches, it's not a hot spot for me..However tonight just laying down I got what I can only explain as a pulsating twitch with cramp like or nerve pain like feeling in my tongue where the twitch was felt .... It was so painful and now I have dull ache in it like the same feeling of cramp like pain but just lower intensity.. Anyone ever experienced such tongue symptom?

I have that once in a while. It is sometimes consistent with neck-tongue syndrome, if you have cervical spine issues, which I do.

Yes I've had the tongue/mouth pain as recently as two months ago. Tried medicine but it didn't help. Can be very painful. Thankfully it went away. My pain in general has gotten significantly better with diet modification. Hang in there you're not alone with the tongue pain. Comes with the territory.
