Tongue Twitches: Worried?

Hi guy its me again, scared well not scared but worried, i am getting some tongue twitches at bottom left side at one spot like top of on the surfaced of the tongue/spots and some time on the tip of my tongue. I did have this 4 months back but nothing like this. I am focusing on it to much now since i long time back use Google to look for this symptom and it was not nice. Some times i would fell weird sensation on my tongue like buzzing not all over but in spots. Some times my tongue would twitch a bit stronger just as am about to fall to sleep, or if i work over time at work. I did see 2 nuros and one told one of the about it and she did not even cared or looked at it. Do any of you get this and is it normal.Thanks guys now i am off to bed i did i did 17 Hr shift )

my nuros 2 of them never diagnosed with anything, i twitching for full year and i did have weird sensations all over my body buzzing, leg calf numbness, jerks, body jerks and most of the staff you guy's describe here, and my i been symptom free for 4 months, twitching is almost gone i don't focus on it any more like 5 months back it was bad back then but this tongue i hate it. i would get 5 twitches a day wit some weird sensation. My walk in clinic doc told me that we all go through this and he told me a name i seen him to ask him for EMG he said no you don't need it.

lots of tongue twitching on this board. it is not my fave at all..am having a bout with it now... read some old posts by putting in tongue twitches into the advanced search box on the top right. good luck
