Tongue Irritation: Normal or Need for Concern?

Whose tongue has felt like it is continually pressed against the top of a 9 volt battery? Normal or need for concern?

I can't tell if my tongue is irritated or if it is something internal. Thanks for the feedback!

Yes I get the same, not continuously but I know the feeling you're describing. I would guess that they are small tongue twitches and I just tend to ignore them
