Slavin, I'll gladly take 70 more years, twitching every day. Why fear that? Life is about so much more than this, and you absolutely have the power inside of you to reprioritize your perception of what this is, and isn't, in the context of your life. I hate to think of you "fearing" you might have these every day until the end of your life.
What matters is that you live a long, happy and fulfilling life. These things can't prevent that - not by a long shot.
