Tingling/Vibrating Shoulder Twitch

HI everybody hope all is well. The Last 4 days Ive been getting a constant buzzing/vibrating type of twitch in my right shoulder blade which is making my shoulder & arm feel fatigued.Two questions please,Anybody else get this type of twitch in this area,Also i had a deep tissue massage the day before and the bloke really gave my shoulders a touch up.Do you think something like a massage can upset the mussels,or the vibers and cause twitching? Thanks

I've had a a hot spot in my shoulder blades for 3 weeks now, especially the right. I get an occassional break but not very often. And yes it does lead to fatigue of the area.
