I had to reply to your post, as I have experienced EXACTLY what you are describing. Infact the flaring nostrils and pulsating nose feeling was one of my first twitching symptoms. It made me wonder what the hell was gong on
. I used to wonder if it was related to wearing glasses (I do wear them), but I mainly used to get it in the early hours of the morning when I ws in bed and so didn't have my glasses on. I still get it from time to time and assume it is just another BFS symptom.
