Tingling Sensations - BFS?

Anyone experience tingling sensations in the palms of your hand and/or soles of your feet. I do not know if they are twitches, but I sure feel something there. It is probably just the psychosomatic part of BFS. Anyhow, just curious to hear anyone else for reassurance. Thanks everyone.

I get tingling in the soles of my feet, sometimes in the base of my thumb right hand. I notice the tingling in my feet after I have been sitting and then get up and move around.
