Tingling in Face/Head/Ears

Did anybody get tingling on their eyelids or inside the ear, this is annoying me lately. I have almost no symptoms on my body but my head is getting tortured, gritty feeling on my cheeks, tingling, numbness even on my tongue sometimes. I really hope this is only BFS but the persistence of these symptoms for months on end don't really fit. Also i experienced a flare of my visuall stuff, i see every minute or so all sorts of stuff, squiggly lines, temporary blind spots, sparks, white blotches etc. Did anybody that sees this stuff get any improvement over time?

The visuall stuff really bugs me as well, I wonder sometimes if looking at the computer makes it worse. I get that gritty feeling on my cheeks and chin along with a tightning feeling across my nose, this stuff pared with all the twitches makes for a crappy feeling. I'm sure it's all BFS related because thats what my first and second neauro said, and thats what we pay them the big bucks for Hope you feel better soon. God BlessRandy
