Tingling Feet: Anyone Relate?

Has anyone had or do they have tingling on the bottom of there feet?? This one is new for me. The bottoms of both of my feet have tingling, alot of tingling, mostley on the bottom of them, but a little bit of the same sensation on the top. They burn a little but not to bad. Can anyone relate, I would really appreciate any feed back. Thanks everybody

I had the exaxt same thing. You're nervous system is overstimulated and can produce these sensory symptoms. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Be indifferent towards them and you will find that these sensations will settle down.

I had tingling feet and hands at the very beginning of my bfs, in fact, it preceded the twitches. I remember it actually felt like adrenaline had been poured into my extremities. My feet, which are extremely ticklish normally, weren't ticklish at all, and this worried me greatly. There was an "all gone" feeling, and though they were tingling and felt odd, it was as though the feet and hands weren't there. Then the twitches exploded. lol Anyway, the feeling goes away. Some feelings persist, or come back, but a lot of bfs symptoms disappear completely over time. Basso

I have tingling... bottoms of my feet, fingers, hand, and across my shoulder blades. Pretty much 24/7

Thank you, all of you, for responding to my thread, and letting me know that I'm not the only one getting this, I was a little worried, LOLBASSO!!! You just described exactly what I've been feeling with my feet since this garbage started. I havnt posted much about it because I hadnt been able to figure out a way to describe that part of it, but YES,YES, YES, my feet feel like they are not even there, I dont have that feeling much in my hands, but my feet, oh ya, big time, and you just made me feel like I'm not losing my mind, I tried to describe this to my neuro and he did look at me like I was losing my mind, LOL. This sensation can be felt in my legs too, but mostly I notice it in my feet, feels like they are not there, but I feel the tingling and touch just fine.Thank you Basso, Thank you, Thank you )

Us women sure have a lot of the same symptoms. I had tingling hands and feet. My feet began tingling at the end of June and then the first week of July the arches of my feet on both feet started to twitch up and down the bottom of my foot. I am flat footed so I will use the arches of my feet loosely. I notice usually stiffness or tingling the week before an area becomes a hot spot. Last week while on flexeril my calves started to stiffen up and had a strange sensation then her comes the twitches. On a positive note- All of my blood work and MRI and neuro physical came back good.
