Ticking Thumb at Night - Odd Experience

Do any of you guys get a ticking thumb? last night while trying to sleep my thumb was twitching like a ticking action. I awoke during the night same thing and then it got me wondering was it going on when I was asleep?No real bother but odd, I have had it before but I don't think it happened at night so much. It reminded me of the minute hand on a digital clock when the battery is nearly used up just ticking back and forth, very odd )

It is a twitch between thumb an pointer or in thenar muscles that makes thumbs tick...a very common twitch in BFS

Yes I get that a lot for the past 3 years. On and off.

I get it on the top of my hand between the thumb and index finger. Its just like you said, a ticking sensation that happens very frequently. Occationally, that muscle will go into a spasm and move my thumb around like crazy and eventually just return to the ticking. I've had it for over 2 months now. -Matt
