Thighs constantly ache

I don't do stupid exercise through the pain now but I also don't let a little burn or discomfort stop me like I did in the beginning. This lack of exercising allowed me to put on 10 lbs rather quickly.

Swimming is good and I do that now, and a lot of brisk walking. My bad lower back and knees rule out running but the elliptical works too.

I will lift light weights, at this point I don't really care how much I can lift so much as just maintaining muscle.

I will say again though the 1st few monts my thighs were on fire all the time. They are much better these days. Just keepo in mind as you start to exercise more you will likley twitch more. At least I so, but the exercise benefits are worth it.
