Thigh Stabbing Pain: BFS?

Stabbing pain- left thigh. last for about 5 seconds, goes away, comes again in a couple of minutes. Cycle stays for about 1/2 hour then goes completely. BFS?? any experienced campaigners here?cheersRodger

I get these too, all over my body... But especially in the legs! It is quite bothersome, but it has never seemed to materialize into anything other than just pain. Let use know if your neuro knows anything useful about it!
