The low grade pain the in back of my thighs is, now, the most bothersom symtom, worse in my right thigh. My wife rubs it out at night and makes it feel better. Aslo, advil helps. By the way, I would love hike the Grand Canyon..lucky dog.

I had the achey/almost crampy feeling in my calves and also in my thighs, my left side worse than the right. Funny thing was I had my husband "strength test" my calves and hamstrings and that made it feel better. So now I seem to be ok with it. So some exercise (of course within reason) should help. I worked out in the garden pretty heavy yesterday bending and lifting - yeah me! Hey you hiked the Grand Canyon - yeah you

yes, I get this feeling also and it is much worse post exercise but I still believe exercise is good and continue to do so. Looks like it is another of those "normal" BFS things!

My leg cramping and twitching has improved immensely since i switched to different work shoes. I am a nurse and am on my feet all the time. I have stopped wearing the clogs that i have worn for years and switdhed to Crocs and now am feeling alot better.

I made a shoe switch yesterday and did not realize how wrong my old ones were for my feet. I have a very high arch and learned a shoe with "nuetral stability" is best for me. I am twitching but noticed an immediate difference in walking comfort. My old ones were two widths too small. I am hoping to see some results but not expecting a miracle after wearing the wrong ones for months immediately.

With a 14, 4E I buy shoes online. My old ones were normal width and I did not how how cramped my foot was until I put on the right ones.

This whole thing started for me with tight ankle pain and foot pain, so I am hoping maybe at least the leg portion has something to do with it.
