Just wanted to say thanks for all for the great discussions of late. We may not 'solve' our problems here but the understanding we do find certainly keeps me from jumping off the closest bridge. The topics of stressed immune systems, inter-relationships of vitamins, the huge arrays of tests and what they mean, the common links of symptoms; with all this info at least we can get an whole rather than specific view and not feel so freaked out. It's becoming more obvious (and acceptable) to me that the twitching, buzzing, and cramping is a signal from our bodies - we just have to find the right 'reader' to tell us what it means for each of us. It's like that darn 'check engine light' we all have in our autos  . Even if this illumination doesn't happen for everyone, reading about some success that the occasional person has in finding their twitching or cramping catalyst gives hope. Whether it is thyroid, vitamin, hereditary, stress related, autoimmune; we see that if this one person can find their way through this, than just maybe we can too.Besides all of the above - sometimes it is good just to know that what you say is accepted, that people here won't think you're 'making it up' for some bizarre reason. Maybe I'm not a freak, and if I am, there are many who are freaking with me.

Great post AllGoodHere, and I feel the same way you do. Thank you to all here who have shared their fears and their successes!! There were many times when this group kept me sane, kept me calm and kept me motivated to keep looking for answers.LInda
