Hand Test (not strength)My neuro asked me to do this. Another neuro tested this in a different way which is more difficult to explain. The test:1. Hold out your hands stretched in front of you – arms straight2. Bend wrists so your fingers are pointed upward toward the sky3. Make sure your fingers are spread apartDo your fingers move and shake? My left hand shakes and my right hand doesn’t. My neuro said that’s a key stress indicator.

Let me ask this: Does anyone have shaky fingers? Is it just me? Neuro attributed this to the hyper-reflexes and stress. It's just my left hand though.

Yes, the shaking is called tremors...and if a doctor has checked yours out and wasnt worried, they are begnin. Lots of causes for tremors...a few are stress, caffeine, nicotine, anxiety, low blood sugar, heredity.
