Tendon Twitching: My Story

I posted a pretty lengthy account of my story and realized the real crux of my issue probably really belonged here instead.I basically want to know how many people here have serious tendon twitching. I had more or less learned to totally zone out my muscle twitches until (almost exactly a year ago) the tendons in my forearm started twitching. I feel like I'm almost back at square one in terms of coping, these tendon contractions are really aggravating sometimes. My fingers are now almost constantly moving, but only very very slightly (usually--sometimes I'll get a real jolt that makes them move dramatically). I play videogames now and again and I'm yet to so much as hit a button I didn't mean to; the twitches are small.I'd had twitches in the past that would move a muscle and a bone along with it. Specifically the space between my thumb and index fingers would twitch regularly, and it would move my thumb or index finger along with it. This is different, this is a contraction I can feel from my elbow all the way to my wrist and it moves a finger with it. Different tendons/fingers all the time, although some more often than others. The fact I'm 6 years in and doing (relatively) OK means I am more or less past the fears of some super serious rare disease, but this new symptom does have me worried. I'm scared that if it keeps progressing then 6 years from now it'll be full-on tremors moving entire limbs or parts of my body.Do many of you guys get twitches in your tendons? Is it just typical BFS or maybe something a bit different? Thanks so much for your time-PhilWings

Yep I've had that. Always when im more run down than normal. It comes and then passes. Exact same as yours. Feel it from elbow down to finger, on the inside of wrist. Par for the course :)-Burger-

Well actually this is still a muscle twitch, only moving a body part far away via a tendon. Those happen a lot in forearms, and they are very annoying because they feel so awkward and nake fingers move around. But just normal BFS.
