Tackling Worries of MS

I am glad I found this forum because it alleviates my fears, somewhat, of MS. I cannot pinpoint when I first started twitching. sometime in my 20's, maybe earlier? I used to love the sensation actually, and would watch my big left toe to see if it would twitch. Then it would go to my left index and thumb area. Fastforward to 2010, 48 years old, began having intense anxiety and had to go on ssri and benzo to keep me calm. began having pain in abdomen and soon found out I had undiagnosed celiac since childhood. hmmm. so the gluten ataxia starts and so does my nagging fear of MS. I am gluten free since then and have at least settled down from celiac gut pain for the most part. however, my twitching started again after a doctor gave me a beta blocker for high blood pressure spikes. I called him to tell him my left tricep was twitching and he thought I was nuts. few years later my index finger, eyelid, left instep and my right tricep all twitching in unison or alternating.my main fear now is not so much the twitching but the noticeable pain in my calf muscles, especially the right calf. This pain started a few years ago when I did some intense hiking on cape cod. I go to the gym and work out as often as I can. I was told I had bone loss from the celiac malabsorption so I try to work out to strengthen my bones. So my current fear is MS again. It was quite strong when I had the gluten ataxia. I suspect I have had some muscle fiber neuropathy as a result of having gluten exposure all my life.any thoughts on the MS issue? I am 50 now, so I guess we just start to get these problems with age? I have reflux, calf muscle pain and twitching along with anxiety. so, is this BFS???thanks to all. so glad to find this forum and read everyone's posts...
