symptoms ratcheting up

i have brisk reflexes both sides. last neuo exam a week ago they were border line hyper, neuro unimpressed. i started in my calves and now my whole legs twitch all the time. my knee has had a hot spot for weeks. this coincides with getting back into exercise. it worried me enough to go back to the neuro next week and force him to stick an EMG needle in it, of course the facicualtions stopped at that moment but nothign else ominous was there.

i would say stop trying to test your own babinski or looking for size differences. if i want on any given day i can find differences from side to side.
