Symptoms: Muscle Fascilations, Tests

I went to my Primary Care Physician two months ago. I was experiencing extreme muscle fascilations in my legs. (now I have them all over). They told me it could be a pinched nerve. Since all of this I have and 18 tubes of blood taken (all came back ok). An EEG and EKG. Both came back ok. I had a Cat scan. It came back Ok. I had an EMG, it showed that I had some problems in my neck and lower back. Then I got an MRI done of my upper and lower back. I just had a little arthritis in my neck. The doctor said that this shouldnt be causing my symptoms. Then they told me about BFS. Is there any other tests they should do? Will this get any worse?
Also they put me on flexeril. IS there any other medications that will work better?
Thanks You

I have not had the head MRI done. I had a cat scan done.
yeah I basically have twitching and some vibrating. for about the last two months. I have no weekness in the muscles though. I was diagnosed with BFS by my primary care physician. But did have the EMG done by a nerulogist. The MRI on the Back found that My neck and lower back is ok, it is not causing pinched nerves.
I havent had any problems with muscle cramps. I have actually been able to increase my weight lifting while have BFS.
Thanks for the comments everyone.

Do you find that anxiety is a big part of BFS? Because I have mad anxiety. Lucky me along with BFS, I have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.) I was burnt in a propane explosion 4 years ago. So I am super sensitive when it comes to anxiety.
I wonder if being burnt in a fire would have anything to do with developing BFS? Not really sure.
Not many twitches tonight, but my foot is sure buzzing.

Mitch
