Sweaty Hands & Feet: BFS Related?

Hey all,Can i begin by saying thanks to all of the 'veterans' posting on here your words of wisdom are nothing short of a miracle for calming myself and my wife.Anyway to the topic at hand i suppose, I have had sweaty hands and feet for well over twenty years, can anyone tell me if they could be BFS related even that long ago? Considering i am only thirty now.My twitching started in my left calf (as far as i noticed) ten years ago, not too long after my father passed on as a result of bulbar onset. Hence my freak out when my right tricep started up recently with incessant twitching and both of my calves now are going great guns twitching away most of time. Although i must say that my symptoms are not too much dissimilar from most of the 'newbies' i have read on here. Although i am going to see my GP tomorrow to chase up an EMG, she says that she is 100% certain i have BFS i cant get my head around the whole thing. (sorry about the rambling on, i just needed to get it out there i guess)

Karlos,I personally have never had sweaty hands/feet per se, although back when this all started I certainly had issues with sweating during sleep. I'm not sure if it's related at all to BFS or maybe anxiety. As for your twitching....no way it is ALS. Your descreption sounds like textbook BFS to me. Listen to your GP!
