Sudden Onset of Floaters in BFS

Hi everyone.Did anybody notice if they got sudden onset of lots of floaters when their BFS started ? I did - within 1 week I had the full house - floaters, widespread twitches, lowgrade fever, nausea, slight dizziness, fatigue, etc..If you're going to google your life away with this BFS thing, you'll find much more interesting (and relevent) stuff by reading some of the CFS sites. BFS has such an overlap with CFS symptomatology and onset. I think they are two facets of the same condition. In BFS we lack the fatigue so much, but still have many of the same stories as CFSers. The answer is its probably post - viral, most likely enteroviral. There's loads of proof CFS is not life limiting. Same goes for BFS. Maybe we're lucky not to have been struck down by the fatigue aspect !Seriously, conjecture I know. - But the question about the floaters I'm really keen to hear if you got them too. Viral uveitis (an eye condition, can be viral) is known to cause floaters. Just more evidence...Ahh - a whole post without mentioning *** - Ooops. 15 months and counting. Still alive + well !

Yep I have noticed a ton of floaters since I had BFS symptoms. And yes I agree that we are probably somewhere on the CFS spectrum. I think we're clearly more down towards the mild end of CFS, but I have no doubt that BFS and CFS are effectively the same thing. Our muscles are tired for no apparent reason, so they protest. Nothing more sinister or ominous than that.Step 1: Get more sleepStep 2: Eat betterStep 3: Enjoy life moreBFS solved.

Hey there, I have masses of floaters and i think they came along with my onset of BFS (hard to recall). I have been to my optician, she tells me they are nothing to worry about and are more likely to be due to my being short sighted than anything else . Funny how they only came along with all this other stuff.RegardsZoe
