Sudden Ankle/Foot/Leg Pains

I have had that symptom in my ankle and feet and at times down a leg. It comes and goes quickly and comes at anytime of day, whether active or not.

I have mentioned this in another post regarding spreading of numbness in upper leg. Some folks might have the idea or thought of chalking another symptom up to BFS. In their case they might be right to think so for whatever reason. I guess that is ok if you are just wanting to dismiss the thought of another physical problem and move forward. It would be another way of managing the anxiety which we all try to do in one way or the other.

I had or have the intermitten warm sensations and occasional light numbness in my upper leg. I saw my PCP and discussed my symptoms. An xray followed with an MRI and MRI report identified that had a some disc issues in the lower back. I did not really experience any true lower back pain. So I agree with some folks here and say see your doctor. Some slight pressure against the nerve in the spinal area can lead to these types of sensations. Anyway I had my symptoms diagnoised and that is what I ended up with. Best wishes and luck to us all.
