Struggling with Twitching After Traveling

I haven't posted on here in a while mainly because I have been very active and my twitching had slowed down...or I stopped letting it bother me as much. I went on a business trip two weeks ago and my twitching started again very frequently. Traveling usually causes me a good deal of stress. While I was traveling I started to think about my twitching and obsessing over it. Since then I have been twitching nonstop. The majority of the twitching has been in my right leg and foot. My right calf feels tight. I have also had lots of twitching in my left leg, and all over my body. It has been about 20 months since I first noticed twitching, and probably longer but that is around the time that I let it scare me. I have been obsessing over my right leg recently and examining my calfs on a regular basis. Today I measured them with a tape measure. They were both the same circumference. I wish that I could get over BFS and move on but for some reason it always reoccurs. What will we ever do...

PUT YOUR TAPE MEASURE AWAY! You know that's not going to help you. It's like me and my torch for the tongue twitching. I'm the same but you said yourself you have been anxious lately. Don't get into a downward spiral like I have recently. It will only pull you back into bad habits. I currently have a bulldog clip that I have been using to test finger strength but my son saw me and asked what I was doing. I felt really bad and stopped. It's not healthy.
