Struggling with Health Worries

anyone ever feel like they got this? i have been obsessing about my pain in my hand and today feel like i have to "spit" from all the saliva. dont know if its just my head or something else i am trying to obsess about. when it rains it pours!

Excess saliva isn't a symptom of ALS—see . Inability to deal with saliva (swallowing, etc.) can be a symptom of ALS, but simply drooling at night isn't cause for concern. If you can swallow your saliva (or swish the water around your mouth when you rinse after brushing your teeth), you probably don't have bulbar ALS.
