Strange Twitching/Buzzing Sensations

This is getting annoying and scary....i have a feeling of fine very fast twitches, a sensation of tingling/buzzing in both legs, mainly while i am at rest....it is not the no-blood-circulation-ant-feeling but hard to describe......any of you also have this all the time (comes and goes all the time)? thanks for your replies!!!

I would guess probably 100% of the people here have or have had that.

Well there... sounds like classical BFS! Legs and especially often tend to be so called "hotspots" for BFS-twitches. Buzzing / purring cat feeling is also quite common, I had it myself a couple of times, too. Twitching and buzzing at rest is also typical for BFS.There is nothing to worry about.

thanks guys...angst are your from Emilyomousey?;-).well i almost got used to the twitching, but his whole-leg-sensations are quite new to me. had this in the foot before but not in the legs....

I've had that in the legs for 6 months. You will learn to get used to it. One trick I use is to put a pillow or a blanket between my legs when I am laying down or sleeping or relaxing. That way your legs won't vibrate against one another and seem even shakier than they really are.

it not really a vibration either mario....maybe it is but not felt as such

Well in my case it feels like a tremor from the inside, but it isn't visible and can't be felt when touching the leg. I've had it several times, but it seems to be gone now, hmm. And yes, I am from Germany Any chances you're from Switzerland? Because of the "CH"? ^^
