Hi luluq07,actually there is a phenomenon called 'restless legs syndrome (RLS)' and many of us go through it to a more or less degree. It is described sometimes exactly as you describe it; when lying to bed, the legs begin vibrating, there is strong desire to move them, a feeling like they would move on their own, etc. I had it, but rather moderate, early in my BFS onset, while my close friend, who has no BFS, had RLS up to the degree that he had to mimick bycicle riding laying in the bed, otherwise he could not sleep.RLS is very common, some studies attribute it to every 4th person in the overall population or so...Since in BFS we are all suffer basically from hyperexcitable motor nerves (and sensory sometimes), same could happen to your arms.
