Strange Inner Vibrations/Tremors

No, these are constant motor running sensations, I think internal tremors. No my twitches came back I posted that but they are not as strong or nearly as much, but this happens when I get these internal tremors, the twitches are not as bad. I feel like I am shaking on the inside, vibrating and it never stops. It is like an electric current going through me, really weird..Anyway thank you for responding to me. Hope you are doing well...Jenn

by internal tremors do you mean the buzzing sensation? I get that a lot in my feet and legs. I try to forget about it. I think it happens for a week on and a week off also. Feels like my legs are on vibrate mode. But I still have twitches when these internal tremors are taking place.

No not a buzzing..I guess it would feel like a buzzing but this is not the buzzing(fast) twitches that we get, this is an internal motor sensation, vibrating. It has to be internal tremors because the external tremors are worse when I get this but it is a strong feeling and it happens for two three weeks then stops and then will come back again. Just wondering if anyone else gets this and has it constantly? I have had this for a year now so I am sure it won't kill me but wondering if this is all BFS..Thanks..Jenn

Jenn I got these when I first started then they went away for a while, now, there back I have been getting them all the time mine are more at night time when I lay down it feels like I laying on top of the washing machine.

Yes, that is what it feels like, or just getting off of a lawn mower. So you get them constant too? Well I am just going to ignore it, it is to beautiful of a day to let this bother me. NO MORE SNOWWWW..70 DEGREES OUT..YAAAHOOOO!!!..Lovin it....Jenn

For at least five or six years before I started twitching, I would occasionally wake up after falling asleep reading or watching TV to find that my whole body was vibrating strongly. As Terri says, it was very frightening and nobody I knew had ever experienced anything like it.
The vibrations took a hiatus for a number of years but since my twitching began last fall they have started again: both upon rising in the morning and even if I just take a nap in an armchair.
I never connected this trembling with the BFS but when I was examined by a neurologist in January she observed a slight tremor in my right hand that I did not even know that I had. Now I'm starting to think that it's all somehow connected.

See, I think of vibrations and tremors as two different things.

Vibration is like the lawnmower or the sensation of the drill at the dentist's office. Or the way your stomach feels when you stand too close to the bass speaker at a concert.

Tremors are shakes. When I say I'm having interal tremors, it means my insides are literally quivering and shaking, not vibrating.

I especially notice my internal tremors in the thorax and abdomen.

Not that it matters much because it all has the same etiology-bfs.

Blessings,
Sue

With regard to the vibrations, it was pretty comforting to finally come here and find a group of people who seemed to be discussing what I had been feeling for so long. The only way I can describe them is that it feels as if one's whole body has become a cell phone set to "vibrate" and the caller just won't hang up. Very strange.
