Yes I do get occasional twitching around that area and my back as well.I have BFS at least, still waiting for an EMG to confirm though.I think the only untwitchable part of the body is the ear....I could be wrong though.
I have had stomach and abdominal twitching almost since day one, it started more than five years ago. Those never bothered me though. If anything well I figured they were keeping me in shape because my muscles are getting a workout down there.
I get this all the time and I have learnt to live with it. I also get twitching in the ear so sorry to disappoint on that front. The stomach twitching is annoying but it won't do you any harm.
Thank you everyone for the replies. The stomach hotspot has passed and has happily been replaced with an army of thumpers in my hamstring that feels like a strong motor has been turned on for about 10 seconds at a time...think of it as a stronger version of buzzing. It actually tickles a little every time it happens. My new hotspot of the week/month/whatever.
