I was wondering what you guys were told about stinging and burning on the skin. When I went to the neuro twice in March I was not noticing this and have started to lately. I can be anywhere and jump around. It can be on the left thigh one hour and on the right forearm the next. I never said anything to my nuero like I said because I never really experienced it then or at least I didn't notice it. Should I think that maybe this means I have a back injury or something yet my C-spine MRI was normal so I doubt the lumbar spine would cause it in the arms. Or is part of the BFS and twitching?
I have another friend on the anxiety website that gets it and she does not twitch and has no injuries to speak of. She took an SSRI with a benzo and it went away. She never saw a neuro.
The best way to describe it is it feels as if someone is briefly rubbing really course sand paper on my skin for a few seconds at a time and goes away as fast as it comes.
What do you think?
Thanks, Karen
