Still Possible to Have Lyme?

It's been 15 months since I began twitching. I've had two clean emg's. Seven neuro visits all normal. infectious disease doctor, all tests for lyme normal. Mri of brain and cervical spine all normal. No contrast for spine part. Endocinologist all normal. rheumatologist waiting for result. X-ray's normal. Count bloodwork all normal. Do I need another emg. Is it still possible to have lyme with negative results, did have a few positives on western blot, but five tests for lyme since all normal. My hands and arms have been my problem areas, waking up the worst. Every finger moves at some point in day, along with aches and pains. Can this be stress and I'm afflicting it on my self without knowing it. Do I need more neuro testing, maybe a full back mri. I know I,m asking alot of questions but I'ts very frustrating that it's not going away.

Golfputter,
No,No,No,No,No,No. It is easy to answer all of those questions. In all seriousness, I wouldn't worry about anything with all of those normal doctors visits and negative results. I know it's hard, but calm to yourself down. YES, stress and anxiety can cause those symptoms, and they can also exaberate them if they are BFS driven. I know first hand, no pun intended. My hands, wrists, fingers and forearms are my hot spots. 24/7 twitching, cramping, weakness, aching in those areas. Although they have drastically decreased since I have calmed myself down. Only notice them a few times a day now.

But I know what your biggest fear is, what is this going to do to your handicap. I had that same fear, although mine couldn't go much higher. Also, FYI, I read an article not to long ago on how a professional golfer was complaining about twitching, cramping and weakness in those areas as well. I think it was John Daley, but right now it is slipping my mind. In either case, he was causing so much stress to his hands, wrists, and arms, that it was creating major problems for him. If you are a golfpro, which I assume you are, I wonder if this might be a cause of some of your symptoms. I'm sure you play many rounds if that is the case.
