Yes.....I work on a computer 40hrs week..in form of 12hr days mostly..after a long day I have trigger points that I try to massage out. I have even gone to a massage therapist and have bought different pillows to sleep on at night. My GP allowed me to get a muscle relaxed for when it gets to that point that it feels tight and drawed up. Changing pillows sometimes helps me..occasionally I will sleep with no pillow at all , use ergonomic neck pillow, or use thinner type pillow.
