Sore Muscles and Crampy Feeling

Not bad cramps, just a crampy feeling. Muscles are sore. Thumb on one hand is sore. Both forearms are sore (cramp like feeling). Feet are sore and crampy.

Do you take anything for the cramping?

I have tried Magnesium with little luck. Waiting till after my EMG to try the Lipoic acid.

the back part of my foot is really painful, also along the outer side of the foot.

it feels so sore it sometimes throws me off balace as i try to avoid putting pressure on it

I have heard Gatorade mentioned often on this site but don't know what it is. I'm guessing it is some sort of soda. do you know if there is a UK equivelant?

Hi Julia, Gatorade is a sports drink its scientifically formulated with fluid,
electrolytes and carbs to rehydrate the body ways that water cant.
I do not know what it is equivelent to in the UK but there is a web site
to go to that you can probably find out they also have a toll free number
to call to find out. here is the site. I hope this helps

from the ingrediants it looks to be what we know as Lucozade. Will give it a try (especially as i am currently an alcohol free zone :crying: )
