does anyone have this or had this: My mid back muscles have been sore for a long time now. when i lean forward they hurt. if i tilt my head forward it pulls those muscles and hurts. any ideas. thanks

I've had a sore back, shoulders, and neck off and on. These muscles are better for me at the moment but are liable to give at any time.

My mid back muscles have been so sore on occasion that I could hardly turn my head. My doctor wanted me to go to emergency if I started to vomit (he thought that I might have meningitis (spelling))

Your not alone.

thanks trijeff.i am having a bad day. i am twitching in stomach, back ribs, arms, legs, feet, face. i am getting muscle pain all over and my right foot big toe is pulling down as with 2nd last toe twitching and pulling down with cramps. i have never had this bad a day. i dont know what i did diffrentely to get this. left forearm in pain, left had tingling with pain. how can this s%%T not be something bad. now my left hand is cramping. I have to go to neuro specialist friday and i feel things are not going to be good. today i need support more than ever

my right middle finger just cramped down and was twitching so fast it was vibrating up and down i have never had that before it looked like a humming bird wing. this is bad

Hi Klag,

I know what you mean. I've been getting better and better, twitches almost gone, then suddenly last week my twitching goes through the roof. I had a bit of major stress when one of my clients refused to pay me for some unknown reason. I was so shocked and upset I think it sent my condition sky rocketing and I had a couple of days where it was twitching hands, legs, arms, shoulder, feet, eyes, chin, nose, buzzing feelings down my arms and legs, you name it. It was back to how I was at my worst. Now I've calmed right down again thank goodness.

Hang in there and see what the Neuro has to say on Friday, I'm sure he will reassure you. This is a real roller coaster ride, hang on tight :)

It sounds like you are very anxious so that is definately not helping the situation. The important thing is to try and calm yourself down and Im sure in turn everything will subside a bit.

The good thing (although you may not feel that way now) is that you have an appointment on Friday with the neuro and if you are still feeling this bad, he will definately be able to tell what is going on. And Im sure it's absolutely nothing!

Have you been diagnosed with anything yet?

I have had a lot of the same stuff over the past 2 days that you are having as well... the toe thing (I thought that was weird as hell) and a LOT of tingling and some pretty big thumpers. If you can, try and get your mind onto something else.

Good luck on Friday and try not to worry until then. Either way, it doesnt do any good. You'll be absolutely fine- just as everyone else here is!

Feel better and please post how the appt goes!

thanks i didnt think i was anxious but when my finger did that it was very scarey. i have not had that happen before it was like it was moving my already cramped finger a million miles per hour. i dont think anyone has had that yet. i am tring to hang in but i am really losing it right now.
