Slo Mag Reduces Twitches!

Hi j7m ~

I don't know  I began with the cal-mag-c 2 days after the first twitches in Sep. and haven't tried to find out what will happen if I stop!?

I generally feel better takeing an all-round vitamin/mineral pill together with an extra B12 (good for the nerves but must be taken together with the other B-vitamins) the cal-mag-c and one Omega 3-6-9.

Maybe one day I'll skip them all just to see if I can feel a difference.... (And then I'll let you know!)

Have wonderfuld weekend :D) Kris

For me, the multivitamin alone did nothing. The supplement in addition to the multivitamin provided some benefit. I also have skipped it a time or two and have noticed some mild increases of symptoms.

not to steal your thunder, but 300 per day would be a good day for me. i couldn't count my calves if i tried. and if i counted the random ones, i am sure i'd be well over that.

i know others here too who are the same, so before you declare yourself king, we must have a fair and balanced vote

OK you 2... ptcruiser1975 and TwitchMeSweetheart....... I think you should get together and have a little contest of your own to see who has the most twitches.... and eating purple food at the same time will be concidered as doping  Maybe I'll join you as on a bad day I have like 300 pr hour...... in my calves.

But let's stick to the topic here... I have done some more research about calcium and magnesium and found out that they both work together. Vit. C and D are essential for the transportation to the muscles and nerves and they will help the absorbing. I don't quite know how to say it in English  but please don't just take the magnesium without the calcium! And do take a all round vit. pill with C and D!!!

GIVE IT A TRY ;)

Take care ~ Kris
