Hi, have been twitching with sensory symptoms for 1 year and have BFS diagnosis. Does anyone experience a sharp pain that feels like a single needle being stuck into you, rather than multiple 'pins and needle' sticks? For me, it's always just one stick, but boy can it be painful. I get this mostly in different parts of my feet, occasionally a calf. After the pin stick, I can almost always count on that area blasting off with twitches. Curious if you can relate. Thanks.

ive never had a single pin feeling.. i do have alot of sensory symptoms and pain in my lower legs.. the sensory symptoms are so hard to describe because theres so many types i feel at one time.. for example my lower legs buzz like crazy.. i feel an elctro-static rain shower..ants crawling on the top of my feet. nerve endings fizzing like 7up... muscle farts... worms crawling through the muscles of my calves and feet. water grapepie.. but the worse is the soreness and pain radiating from my ankles into the bones of my feet and into my calves.
i feel all these things constantly WITHOUT medication.
with medication i can live BFS free days
but all and all i really want to find a cure! its a life mission.

Count me in. I just posted on this recently. I've always got the pins and needles but recently I've been getting them in my feet and hands. Like you said even those single pin pricks. Just last night I got one in my hand that made my whole hand move. It sometimes will even make a limb move.
