Hi Stacy,

I have your symptoms as well, I have had this for 7 years in June.
I have times when it seems to ease off. I have the arms falling asleep thing as well. I'm extremely achey today, I guess it's probably because I mowed the lawn yesterday.

Do you also get the muscle cramping? I really noticed it today because I had to type a lot, but I still have great dexterity. I have never been diagnosed with BFS or BCFS and I would just like to feel like I belong somewhere besides the land of the unknown disease. Thanks for responding, it creates such a positive connection to share with others!

For 1 year (over a year ago), I had pain in my quadricep muscle which was sometimes dull and aching, sometimes hurt only when I walked, sometimes feel like a sharp pain or two, would come and go, and would occasionally feel like it was about to cramp up. Haven't had this for months now.

I also would get heavy feelings in my shoulders and arms (like someone was standing above me and pushing down on my shoulders)

My hands will sometimes get numb when blow drying my hair or talking on the telephone!! This too, comes and goes and interestingly enough, my sister experiences the exact same thing (and she never has twitched)
