Shaking Arms After Workout: BFS Concerns

Sometimes when I do an intense workout (non cardio, weight resistance) my arms shake a bit more than prior to being diagnosed with BFS (no EMG in my case). It feels like muscles in my arms just a bit unstable and shaking - doesn't really affect strength or cause weakness as I can still complete an intense workout and push some moderate weight around, but it scares me as could it be clonus? Also today I worked out my back with a personal trainer, after the workout one part of my lat muscle was shaking when I put my hand on my hip. More like quivering, no pain only on my dominant side. 1) is this clonus?2) does anyone else experience this? I am afraid this is a sign of muscles and nerves deteriorating. Thoughts?

clonus in a medical meaning is an involuntary repetitive muscle contraction in a response of flexing (or contraction) caused by external force.to assess if that is a clonus, ask doctors, not the board, but I think that it is natural for muscles to be shaking after excercises, especially intense.
