Roger, you are the first I have heard to say that. I am the same - after 10 years, only spread and worsen. Can sometimes seem intolerable night and day. I have tried a number of things, but as many say, they seem to work for a while and then that's it. It is good to know I am not alone.

Roger can I just ask are you talking about pain, or are you talking mainly about the twitching. I feel my twitching started full on and continues to remain that way. The pain fluctuates, but I'm certainly far from normal.
Also, Do you guys who have had this for a while find your body is more stiff than normal.
to sharon::: ive had this illness for over 4 years and i get alot of leg pain,, but painkillers seem to work for all my symptoms.. ive been on oxycodone for 3 months and ive been more active and bfs free than i have been in the whole 4 years dealing with this illness.. im super happy i have a practiclly bfs free life.. its great!
