Severe Jerking in Left Foot - All Tests Clear

I had a severe jerking in my left foot that scared me, but all my tests have been fine. I underwent many strength tests this week and passed with flying colors, so I wouldn't worry about your hand. After you're gotten the clean bill of health from the neuro, as wacky as the symptoms seem, we have to try not to worry about them. Be well Ramona

I had those allot more in the beggining. I remember laying in bed at night just 'hoping' I wouldn't jerk. This is definatly somthing that is heightened by anxiety and being in an anxious state of mind.
