Self-Testing Discovery - No More Twitchy Bunny!

Hey, I just self-tested (an activity many on this board can relate to) and discovered that when I wrinkle my nose, I no longer get the twitchy bunny effect! Now that's progress.

Still, after 5 months of twitching, I still occasionally get the trembly chin, and when I move my arms certain ways, they feel like they're shaky (although I can't see it). When I move or bump into something, I often feel my body overreacting with a jumpy movement.

I also get occasional weird feelings like wimpy wrists and crampy fingers. You are not alone!

My body also overreacts when I bump into something or something hits me a certain way. I thought it could be related to my brisk reflexes.

when my BFS first started, and my anxiety was at its all time worst, my right arm would shake and feel total empty after washing dishes, holding my puppy, driving, etc. in the mornings in would ache all over. this lasted for about 3 months -- on and off. i asked my neuro about it; he said it was probably due to my anxiety, my subconscious tensing of muscles, and the fact that BFS causes the muscles to be over-active, which could lead to fatigue. when i finally calmed down, started taking an SSRI, these symptoms went away.
on a side note, it is natural for muscles to shake etc. when fatigued. or when you are terribly nervous (due to blood flow, etc.) i have done this my entire life at some level.

I have the teeth chattering thing too. It seems like for most people the tremors or shaky feelings start after the twitching has been occurring for a time. I follow people on here who complain about the twitching and then weeks to months later the develop the tremors. It does come and go though.
