Hey, All, Here is my qusetion ,what kind of Medicean you get for your all over body aches? I tried Ibuprofen and it increase my twitching all over body :crying: Right now I am not on any other medicine , my nero wants me to get extra vitamin D has I have deficiencies , but I can't understand I have sensory feeling all over body can vitamin D do this all Any input would help me , tried calling doctor every time .
Vit D deficiency can increase body pain so eventually Vit D will help. For me, it did not unfortunately. I never found any medicine helpful for this kind of aches, even though I was on 2000mg of Ibuprofene for a longer period it did not really help. Eventually you Dr might try amitryptillin on you. The only thingfs i found helpful were stretching, muscke relaxation, slight massages and most of all heat. The first months, when my Pain was really bad, I always brought the scent of deep heat with me , it smells bit strange but it helped my. Also capsaicin plasters
