An EMG can only detect ALS in the region that it tests. In other words, a clean clinical exam and EMG in your arms clears you of ALS in your arms. You could still have bulbar ALS. Of course, you said that the EMG tested everything but your facial and tongue muscles (even including your neck), so it's highly unlikely that you have bulbar ALS confined to your face.

More importantly, CK (the muscle enzymes that were tested) can either be normal or mildly elevated in ALS. CK can also be normal or mildly elevated in normal individuals; elevated CK can be caused by anything that causes muscle damage, including regular exercise. Mildly elevated CK is nothing to worry about, and certainly doesn't signal ALS.

Trust your neuro's clinical exam and EMG—you don't have ALS.
