hi-- i am sorry to keep taking and taking from you all-- i wish i was in the state to give back but lately i am just taking information and advice from you all-- and now i am asking again--i have had all the twitching, all over-- including tongue-- i have had the finger twitching -- i have had the myoclonic night jerks.... it all started in april-- i went in may for an emg and it was clean- i had an eeg-- normal-- now i am having stiffness in my left leg-- below the knee--it appears to be in the front of the leg but it could be on the side--it has been going on for about a month now--there are days when i notice it less than others..i also feel like my hands are just not quite right-- not operating at their normal level when it comes to fine motor movements. any thoughts??

I keep taking too..I guess that's what we are all here for and someday I hope to give back. I get the myoclonic jerks day and night...day time ones are less noticeable and less "jerky" . I noticed mine have gotten worse since weaning from Clonopin...something that lowered my anxiety enough to sleep. I am going to try tylenol pm and see if this helps. Don't worry! It sounds like everyone else's symptoms! PS. I get the muscle stiffness too and it is gone the next dayLindsay

i feel like my leg is stiff a lot-- i am not sure it is constant but it is a lot-- i do walk and it feels like a chin splint but i have had it for a litle over a month now.....my hands are also stiff and my fingers twitch...i am a wreck....thanks for your reply

i take clonezopam or however you spell it too-- i like it :)O.....but dont take it all the time-- i do know that some meds to make you twitchier when you are going off of them-- my gp told me that would happen ....cant remember if she said xanax or clonopin-- one of them is the culprit-- perhaps bothi try to take 1 half of my dose.5 and that ususally does the trick for me--- thanks
