Seeking Diagnosis: Symptoms Since June

I am suffering with all kind of symptoms since the beginning of June. I am still wondering if this is bfs. I had a clean emg and clean mri but the doctor did not told me this is bfs. He just said you don't have a nasty disease.This are my symptoms. Thet went on and off.Faciltations in my legs and feet.anoying burning skin in my arms and handsTingling skin, pind and needlesPain in one eye like there is some sand in itDry mouth, difficulty talking sometimes painfull tongue, feeling is my tongue is to big for my mouthGerarally fatigueDepressedAnxious.Painful legs, like i have worked out very hard.what I said the symptoms are always changing but since june i had no normal day.thanks. Still worried about other diseases.

Yes, it does look like BFS.BFS and anxiety... Anyway "BFS" is not properly speaking a disease, it is a syndrome, it means an association of symptoms, often with no identified cause. But still your neuro is right and you should trust him : it is nothing nasty.Your nerves are irritated by "something" (autoimmune ?), so you got a bunch of symptoms, and these symptoms actually are BFS. And since you have nerves everywhere in your body, it may ache, burn, and feel "weird" on a lot of your body parts.

I got diagnosed after 2 years, sometimes they have to rule out lots of other stuff before diagnose, since nervous system is so complex, on top of that psychological issues.btw i still get the eye thing , but now only on my right one, I hate it.plus i get blurred .

thanksStupid thing is that the twitching does not bother me that much. The sensory stuff really drives me crazy. I am affraid that this is neuropathy or something. And that i have to suffer the rest of my life with pain. Since last Monday the sensory stuff is back and now i feel depressed again. Hate it. Only thing i am doing now is looking for comfort on this site, and yes lot of people have the same but i don't know what to do. Go back to the neuro? Take anti depressive finally? what can I do to feel better mentaly
